1. Purpose
This Course / Test / Content Access Policy explains the rules governing access to online courses, video lectures, mock tests, test series, study materials, and other educational Products purchased or otherwise lawfully provided through HITESHPANDEY.IN.
This Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions.
2. Nature of Access
When you purchase a Product, you receive a limited license to access the Product for personal educational use during the validity period applicable to that Product.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership of the underlying Content.
3. Product-Specific Validity
Each Product may have its own access period.
Where a Product page specifies a validity period, such as a stated number of days, months, an examination cycle, or a fixed expiry date, that Product-specific statement will govern.
Where no specific period is stated before purchase, access will be provided for the period reasonably described at or after purchase based on the nature of the Product.
The Customer is responsible for reviewing the Product page before purchase.
4. Activation
Access may be activated:
(a) automatically after successful payment;
(b) when an Account is created or verified;
(c) at a date specified on the Product page;
(d) on first login or first use; or
(e) through another activation mechanism expressly described for the Product.
Where a Product specifies a particular activation rule, that rule shall apply.
5. Account Requirement
Certain Products require an Account.
An Account is personal to the Customer and may be used only by the person for whom the Product was purchased, unless expressly authorized otherwise.
6. Account Sharing Prohibited
Sharing an Account, username, password, OTP, access link, or other credentials with another person is prohibited unless specifically authorized by us in writing.
Prohibited activities include:
- giving login credentials to friends or relatives;
- selling access;
- lending access;
- allowing another person to take tests under your Account;
- permitting simultaneous use by multiple individuals;
- posting credentials publicly;
- sharing access in Telegram, WhatsApp, social media, or other groups.
7. Multiple Devices
A Customer may use the Product on compatible personal devices, as supported by the Website.
Reasonable restrictions may apply to simultaneous sessions, device count, login frequency, or other patterns necessary for security and anti-abuse purposes.
Such restrictions are intended to protect purchased access and prevent unauthorized account sharing.
8. Tests and Test-Series Attempts
A test or test series may include:
- a specified number of attempts;
- unlimited attempts;
- sectional tests;
- full-length tests;
- quizzes;
- reattempt facilities;
- scheduled tests; or
- other examination features.
The rules for the specific Product will be stated on its Product page wherever applicable.
An attempt may be treated as consumed when the test is started, submitted, timed out, or otherwise recorded by the Platform, depending on the Product’s technical design.
9. Technical Requirements
The User is responsible for having:
- a compatible device;
- supported browser or application;
- adequate internet connectivity;
- sufficient storage where downloads are permitted; and
- reasonably updated software required to use the Service.
We are not responsible for access problems caused solely by the User’s device, browser, operating system, internet service provider, local network, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
10. Video Access
Unless a Product expressly states that downloading is permitted, video lectures are provided for streaming or platform-based viewing.
Users must not record, reproduce, mirror, retransmit, publicly display, resell, or redistribute course videos.
This includes recording through:
- screen-recording software;
- screen-capture hardware;
- another camera or phone;
- remote desktop recording; or
- other technical means.
11. Downloadable Study Material
Where a Product expressly permits downloading of PDFs, notes, or other files, the download facility is granted solely for personal educational use.
Downloaded materials remain subject to the restrictions contained in these Terms and our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.
A permitted download does not authorize:
- resale;
- publication;
- uploading to another website;
- distribution in WhatsApp or Telegram groups;
- commercial teaching;
- sharing with another Student; or
- creation of derivative commercial products.
12. No Unauthorized Copying
Users must not:
(a) reproduce course material in whole or substantial part;
(b) copy question banks;
(c) extract or scrape test databases;
(d) reproduce answer explanations for commercial purposes;
(e) publish course notes elsewhere;
(f) upload our material to public or private file-sharing services;
(g) create compilations or derivative commercial products from the Content; or
(h) otherwise exploit the Content beyond the personal license expressly granted.
13. Test Conduct
During tests, Users must not attempt to:
- manipulate timers;
- bypass restrictions;
- reverse engineer test functionality;
- interfere with scoring;
- use unauthorized automated tools;
- exploit technical bugs for an advantage;
- access hidden answers;
- extract question databases; or
- otherwise misuse the testing system.
Where a Product permits a particular resource, its stated rules will apply.
14. Content Corrections
We may correct:
- typographical errors;
- numerical errors;
- answer-key errors;
- explanations;
- videos;
- notes;
- test questions;
- outdated factual material; or
- other Content.
Where appropriate, corrected Content may replace an earlier version.
15. Course Updates
Courses and test series may be updated to reflect:
- changes in examination patterns;
- syllabus changes;
- current affairs;
- newly published official information;
- corrections;
- improved explanations; or
- new educational material.
Whether updates continue for the entire access period or only a specified period depends on the Product description.
16. Expiry
Access ordinarily ends on the expiry date stated for the relevant Product.
After expiry, login to a particular Product may no longer provide access to its Content or tests.
Expiry does not constitute a defect merely because the Product has reached the validity period disclosed at purchase.
17. Extensions
Extensions may be offered:
- as a stated Product feature;
- during promotions;
- as a corrective remedy for a technical problem;
- as part of customer support;
- or at our discretion, where appropriate.
An extension is not automatically available because the customer did not use the Product during the purchased period.
18. Suspension for Misuse
Where we reasonably determine that access has been used for serious misuse, piracy, unauthorized sharing, fraud, cyber abuse, or other material violation of the Terms, we may suspend or terminate access.
Where appropriate, we may preserve relevant logs or records for investigation and legal purposes.
19. Educational Responsibility
Our courses and tests are educational tools.
Students remain responsible for:
- their preparation;
- choosing appropriate examinations;
- verifying official notifications;
- meeting eligibility requirements;
- completing applications;
- complying with examination rules; and
- making their own academic and career decisions.
20. Examination Authority Information
Where our Content discusses an examination, recruitment body, university, government department, or other authority, the Website is not necessarily operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with that authority.
Users should rely on official notifications from the relevant authority for legally authoritative examination information.
21. Technical Interruptions
Temporary interruptions may arise due to maintenance, server issues, third-party services, network outages, security incidents, or other causes.
We will take reasonable steps to restore access.
Where a material technical interruption attributable to us substantially affects a purchased Service, an appropriate remedy may be considered in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Applicable Law.
22. Account Security
Users must protect their credentials and should log out of shared or public devices.

23. No Transfer
Purchased access cannot be transferred to another person without our prior written authorization.
Selling, assigning, gifting, renting, or otherwise transferring paid access is prohibited unless a Product expressly allows it.
24. Relationship with Refund Policy
Access rights and refunds are separate questions.
Use, or non-use of a Product does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.
Refund questions are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to Applicable Law.
